The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
