The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
