The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 who created and shaped, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
