The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
