The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
