The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
