The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
