The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God,] 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
True are the words of God the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
