The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
