Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
