The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched); then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture); 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
