Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Hast thou received the story of the Enveloper? 1 [Some] faces, that Day, will be humbled, 2 Working [hard] and exhausted. 3 They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire. 4 They will be given to drink from a boiling spring, 5 For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant 6 Which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger. 7 Many a face will be in serenity on that day. 8 Well-pleased because of their striving, 9 in a garden sublime, 10 where they will hear no idle talk, 11 Therein will be a running spring, 12 Therein shall be couches elevated! 13 Goblets placed (ready), 14 and cushions ranged, 15 and well spread carpets. 16 What, do they not reflect upon how the camel was created? 17 how heaven was lifted up, 18 and on the mountains, how they are firmly set up, 19 And the earth, how it is spread? 20 Therefore advise; indeed you are a proclaimer of advice. (The Holy Prophet is a Remembrance from Allah.) 21 You are not over them a controller. 22 As for those who turn their back and disbelieve, 23 Allah will chastise him with the most terrible chastisement. 24 Indeed only towards Us is their return 25 Then indeed, upon Us is their account. 26
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
