Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Hath there come unto thee the story of the Enveloping Event? 1 Many a face will be disgraced on that day. 2 laboring, wornout, 3 They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire. 4 Made to drink from a boiling spring. 5 For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant 6 unfattening, unappeasing hunger. 7 However, on that day the faces of other people will be happy. 8 With their effort [they are] satisfied 9 In the high empyrean, 10 hearing there no babble; 11 In it there shall be a flowing spring, 12 Therein are thrones raised high, 13 and prepared goblets, 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 and well spread carpets. 16 Do they not look at the Camels, how they are made?- 17 And the heaven, how it is raised? 18 And the mountains – how they have been established? 19 And how the earth was outstretched? 20 Admonish thou then; thou art but an admonisher. 21 thou art not charged to oversee them. 22 As for those who turn their back and disbelieve, 23 In which case he will be punished by God with the severest punishment. 24 Lo! unto Us is their return 25 then upon Us shall rest their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
