Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 What is to come is better for you than what has gone before; 4 And soon will thy Guardian-Lord give thee (that wherewith) thou shalt be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 Did He not find you wandering about and give you guidance? 7 And find you in want and make you to be free from want? 8 Therefore do not oppress the orphan. 9 and chide not him who asks, 10 And abundantly proclaim the favours of your Lord. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
