The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By oath of the late morning, 1 And the night when it covers with darkness. 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). 4 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 And He found thee wandering, so He guided thee, 7 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 8 Do not oppress the orphans 9 And repulse not the beggar; 10 And abundantly proclaim the favours of your Lord. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
