Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the midmorning, 1 And the night when it covers with darkness. 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 And indeed the latter is better for you than the former. 4 Your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan and protect (thee)? 6 Did He not find you wandering about and give you guidance? 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and chide not him who asks, 10 and proclaim the bounty of your Lord. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
