Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the midmorning, 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 and the Last shall be better for thee than the First. 4 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 And find you lost (that is, unrecognized by men) and guide (them to you)? 7 Did He not find thee needy, and suffice thee? 8 Therefor the orphan oppress not, 9 and chide not him who asks, 10 And keep recounting the favours of your Lord. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
