Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning hours 1 and by the night when it darkens, 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And indeed the latter is better for you than the former. 4 Thy Lord shall give thee, and thou shalt be satisfied. 5 Found He not thee an orphan, so He sheltered thee? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 Did He not find thee destitute and enrich (thee)? 8 Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression, 9 and as for the beggar, scold him not; 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
