The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the Glorious Morning Light, 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 The reward in the next life will certainly be better for you than worldly gains. 4 And presently thy Lord shall give unto thee so that thou shalt be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you as an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? 7 And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient. 8 Do not oppress the orphan, 9 And as to the beggar, chide thou him not. 10 and of thy Sustainer's blessings shalt thou [ever] speak. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
