Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
