Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And removed your burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
