Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
