Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
