Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
