Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
