Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
