Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
