Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
