Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
