Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And exalted your fame? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So when you are free work diligently, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
