Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
