Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high your fame? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Almighty God's Truth.
