Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
