Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
