Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
