Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
