Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And exalted your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
