Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
