Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
