Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh). Sent down in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
