Al-Sharrhh
Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
