Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
