Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
