The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the fig and the olive! 1 and the Mount Sinai 2 and this land secure! 3 We indeed created Man in the fairest stature 4 Then We render him the lowest of the low. 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)? 7 Is not God the most just of judges? 8
