The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And mount Sinai, 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 Then We return him to the lowest of the low, 5 except for those who believe and do good deeds -- theirs shall be an unending reward! 6 Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? 7 Is not Allah the best of the Judges? 8
