The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 The Mount Sinai, 2 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 and thereafter We reduce him to the lowest of low 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 So, what then shall belie you concerning the Recompense? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
