The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the fig and the olive, 1 And the Mount of Sinai, 2 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], 3 Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), 4 and thereafter We reduce him to the lowest of low 5 Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, then they shall have a reward without end (Paradise). 6 So after this, what causes you to deny the judgement? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
