The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 and Mount Sinai, 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 except for those who believe and do good deeds -- theirs shall be an unending reward! 6 After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment? 7 Is not Allah the wisest of judges? 8
