The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and by Mount Sinai, 2 and this safe country (Mecca)! 3 surely We created man in the best mould; 4 Then brought him down to the lowest of the low, 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 What henceforth shall make thee belie the Requital? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
