Al-Teen

The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And [by] Mount Sinai 2 and by this inviolable city, Mecca. 3 surely We created man in the best mould; 4 then We cast him down as the lowest of the low, 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment? 7 Is not Allah the best of the Judges? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
